ORDERS PROCESSING
Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days (excluding pre-orders and made-to-order items).
DELIVERY METHODS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight and type of items.
Regarding LP orders, La Poste's weight ranges are restrictive once packaging is included, so it is suggested to order at least one other record to optimize shipping costs.
For deliveries to a collection point, the collection point selection is made on the order confirmation page after payment. You can then change it directly on this same page, as long as the order has not been processed.
VINYL INFORMATIONS
All our records are shipped in sturdy, specially designed packaging to minimize the risk of damage. Force Majeure cannot be held responsible for shipping issues (battered corners, damaged edges, etc.) or any pressing defects.
MERCH INFORMATIONS
Merchandise (t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, etc.) is produced on demand and shipped directly after production (usually within one week). As with any printed product, the final product may vary slightly from the visuals on the website.
Given the personalized nature of these items, no exchange or refund will be possible, except in the case of obvious defects (contact us with supporting photos).
Modify / cancel an order
For any changes (address, items, etc.) or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. These changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
⚠️ For orders including made-to-order merch, changes cannot be guaranteed (depending on production progress).
Order Errors and Returns
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products sent in error (contact us for the return label). The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and within 14 days of receipt.
Pick up on site
You can pick up your order directly in Nantes (Gare Maritime district) by selecting the "Pick up" option during checkout. You will receive a pickup confirmation email with all the information as soon as your order is ready.
If some items are on pre-order, collection will only be possible when all products are available.
This option will not appear at checkout if the order contains merch, which is shipped separately. In this case, it is recommended to place two separate orders.
Delivery problems
All orders are shipped via La Poste and include a tracking number (with delivery against signature for shipments outside France).
For shipments outside France, La Poste works with various partners (usually local postal services). We do not have any additional information beyond what you can obtain by entering your tracking number on the La Poste website or that of your national postal service. We also suggest using your tracking number on Aftership for any additional information.
Indicative lead times after notification of dispatch:
• France: approximately 2 working days
• Bordering countries: 3 to 5 working days
• Other destinations: 8 to 10 working days
After these deadlines, we invite you to contact your local post office directly: in the majority of cases, the package is waiting there without a delivery notice having been left.
In the event of delivery to a relay point, the package must be collected within approximately 10 days, otherwise it will be returned to us.
Any package returned by the postal services may be reshipped after receipt (shipping costs to be paid by the customer, except in the event of an initial error on our part). In the event of refusal of the return, a refund will be made, less 25% of the total amount of the order , as well as the initial shipping costs.
